Alright, to start, i'd add an avatar -- Which you can change by running the mouse (If you're on your computer) over the icon at the top left of your profile. Once that is done, i'd fill out your "deviantID" tab with basic information about yourself, perhaps c: The one on my page for example. Like a small little biography. That's basically it, and the rest usually just comes to be figured out in time.
I'd start adding people to your watch, as well xD
